Pros

Benefit is not bad. (Only in Singapore but not in Shanghai and US). You can have very good work life balance.

Cons

Too many politics. Tech is not the most important thing and even it's the most unimportant. You have to say more and do less, and you are even required to be such gay by your manager. Making your boss happy is the most important point, even he is totally wrong.

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Lots of bureaucratic nonsense. Not the most suitable environment for creatives. Very corporate, grey box culture.

Cons

Many in senior positions are nepotistic, disconnected from key segments and practice protectionism of turf to the detriment of the business.
