Pros

Work From home is allowed.

Cons

Leadership is not customer focused , only involved in politics and saving their own ratings . They care more about promotions and their glint surveys rather than employee growth . I was let go even after winning an internal tech competition .

Pros

Although rife with endless bureaucracy, there are some nice perks and programs that you can tell they would never kick off now that are still in place.

Cons

Director level and above full of people who have been there for 25+ years that would absolutely not get hired in now, but we are all forced to just deal with it because after a few decades you become untouchable so they will never ever leave. Weird initiative to identify our race rolled out last year, but with clear intention they don't care how everyone answers. (If you have questions about this French Canadians remember this isnt for you). Largely pushing super liberal beliefs at work in general even in 2025 when the rest of tech is just getting on with the work. Yearly layoffs you can set your watch to, especially as they move to offshore as much as possible as quickly as possible.

Pros

Good stock options and decent pay.

Cons

In my experience, the Montreal team fosters a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Decisions are often influenced by personal alliances rather than merit, and leadership structure lacks real managerial oversight. Workplace inclusivity is also a concern, especially for women, as the environment can feel unwelcoming and unsupportive.
