Pros

One weekend a year in Vegas, maybe. Some offices in San Francisco are spiffy. Killer views from just about anywhere in the building.

Cons

Old, crusty boy's software club masquerading as an architecture firm. Hey, that's an oxymoron! The real workers are treated shabbily. HR is in place to help executives keep their positions.

Pros

Incredible products that inspire customers to design and create amazing things. 6 week paid leave every 4 years

Cons

Extremely siloed and a very limited traditional product development cycle that limits innovation. Huge emphasis on engineering (which is excellent) at the expense of good design and user research. This will be a huge problem as the company shifts to the cloud. The company needs to become more user focused. They are attempting but there are a lot of growing pains that need to be overcome.

Pros

People within the company are very nice and easy to work with. Enjoyable company culture. There are opportunities to travel for the commercial teams and application engineers.

Cons

For a high tech global firm the building is an embarrassment to host visitors and generally a bit of a dump to work in. Poor marketing and branding. Despite the company's good results, salaries are low which is demotivating.
