Pros

Passion: There is passion inside most of the Autodesker on all levels. Pay: The company pays well, the extras are great too (full pension, RSU's, Stock when performing well, annual pay reviews) Clear vision Lots of great, well structured sales trainings

Cons

Internal politics: In my experience, lower level management isn't there for the team but too busy profiling themselves to upper management. Company culture seems to be rapidly changing from one with passion to pure shareholder's value.

Good compensation and perks compared to industry - great to ride the gravy train in short term. Some nice people work there.

Cons

No future unless YOU LICK the right BUTTS constantly or else you'll slide into the terminate list - especially when $$ are needed to impress stock holders
