      Pros

      The great people you get to work with. Management excluded, if you can call it management.

      Cons

      It's such a shame, Delcam used to be a fantastic place. Autodesk are doing a great job of destroying it. Myself and quite a few of my colleagues are looking for out. The new 'CEO' makes no effort whatsoever to communicate to staff. Beginning of the end.
