      There are no pros that come to mind.

      Cons

      Most employees are transfered across from an existing client, for while its business as usual until the scourge of the ethos and management style takes hold. The job you thought you had when TUPE took place soon looks unrecognisable. Leadership and advice dissapears into the abyss. All admin tasks appear to take place via a telephone keypad, and it's not long before you feel that your are taking the brunt of complaints due to the inept business model that they adhere to.

      Easy to work with fellow colleagues

      Cons

      Management is horrible. Extremely political and use underhanded ways to get rid of good workers who speak their mind. Company dictated by the VP of HR who is a pain to work with. Vindictive and vicious. Hires and fires ppl who speaks up against her. A company with average 10 resignations a month speaks for itself.
