Pros

- Hybrid work environment - Expenses covered/benefits package - Scope of work/type of projects - Coworkers were fantastic

Cons

- Uncertain layoffs. I was hired and 10 months later was laid off due to structure reorganization. Seemed like a lot of people were worried about layoffs when I was laid off. - They'll give you an automotive allowance if you travel often, but you're only allowed to have a vehicle with less than 3,000 miles and no older than 3 years old. Then you'll buy a new car, get laid off, and have to cover the car loan until you find employment. - Senior leadership is untrustworthy and lacked communication throughout my tenure. Everything was great until it wasn't. - Lack of training. You'll be expected to understand tools, procedures, and tasks quickly with limited training. - Travel often. - Listed as a remote position but was more hybrid than anything. - It seemed like there was a decent amount of turnover, especially in sales.

Pros

Great team to work with

Cons

Management does not encourage growth. Instead, get internal transfer from other service centers that already knows the job

Pros

Pay, PTO, Benefits and that is about it.

Cons

Where do I begin? Working in Technical Support, I have learned that if you are one of the chosen ones, you have nothing to worry about. You can do as you please and there are no repercussions. The key to fitting in is to be a house plant and yes man. If you voice your opinion and you have a better way to do something, you will be pushed aside and then targeted. Management is very manipulative and will make you believe they care for the people, but they do not. They will falsify information to have something fit their narrative and agenda. The people who work in Holdings do NOT care about anyone other than themselves and their group. They will only do what makes them happy and while they present policies like SpeakUp, it is a load of crap. Investigations are based on favoritism and done in a very unethical manner. If you want to survive at this company because the pay is good for salaried employees, stay quiet and just agree with leadership!
