Pros

A well engineered product, easy to sell. Average Medical benefits. Very Good company financial benefits. Average Pay Flexibility and Freedom in the field.

Cons

Horrible communication Terrible corporate culture Severe favoritism Terrible market penetration strategy Horrible Pre and Post sale support "Wham Bam Thank you Ma'am" fragmented approach to sales, Way too many salespeople involved in the account: New Product Salesman, different salesman for service, different salesman for parts, different salesman for aftermarket, and yet another salesman if they want a mobile product. And Zero communication between any of them. Horrible product training and support, new salesman MAY receive 1-2 days of informal product review by their "Manager" (Someone who may be up to 600 miles from your territory, who doesnt return phone calls or requests for support on complicated sales) Complete failure to support remote salespeople in a concise and effective manner. Complete failure to be honest with salespeople regarding potential customer issues in their territories. Complete failure to support customers appropriately after the sale is completed.

Old and antiquated work culture has become detrimental

Pros

Industry itself is still strong

Cons

This company is so stuck in the past it’s becoming scary. Antiquated and outdated culture means there’s no flexibility for work even though the pandemic showed it’s productive. Office location is so out of the way it’s becoming impossible to recruit qualified candidates. Retention of younger employees is very low due to subpar compensation and lack of flexibility. Experienced employees continue to retire with no way to replace them. Management is just completely out of touch with the reality that the world has dramatically changed in the past 3 years. Inclusion is a joke, lack of diversity is very apparent. Management has a very totalitarian approach to dealing with employees.

Paltry pay; inflated CTC with gratuity and health insurance components

Pros

The Brand Studio office was pretty (but who cares about the office if they pay you peanuts). Can't think of any pros. Kindly stay away.

Cons

Paltry pay. Terrible work culture. No work-life balance. After I joined Brand Studio, a communications agency of Atlas Copco, I realised, much to my shock, that my new salary was lower than my previous salary. At the time of my joining, the HR presented a misleading offer comprising an inflated CTC that includes components such as gratuity and health insurance. I am still bearing the brunt of that terrible job move.
