      Internal mobility to keep you motivated in every job you do. Encourage female workforce as equal chance to contribute in the company. Financially sound and well known in the industry.

      Cons

      Hierarchy and takes time to get things done. Changes in the top management (expats) sometimes do cause the lost of momentum in executing strategies
