      Pros

      Constant work and efforts focusing on how to better treat costumers and employees, AC really taught me how to change my attitude towards internal and external clients, besides the focus on the human side of effectiveness through liberty through accountability

      Cons

      Sometimes stress builds up to really high levels and there isn't enough time to get rid of it.

      Easy to be part of big projects Always a good work/life balance (Swedish style) Overall a broad professional experience Many international opportunities, if that is what you are looking for

      Quite greedy management Good starting salary, but increases very slowly Hard to get the big picture on long term strategy Promises for personal growth are not always kept A lot of discussion needed to move forward in projects

      Zero work culture, no technical knowledge, wrong persons at position, not a Talent attracting company, needs only average people, not performers.
