      big global company- benefits, perks, good work usage tools, they provide training, you can easily get assistance and answers to work questions if needed, online access to company employees worldwide

      Cons

      too much bureaucracy, some simple questions might take months to be solved, many times supervisors and managers are not competent

      Core values and culture, one of the world's most sustainable and ethical companies. Responsibility from day 1. Fair pay for fair work

      Cons

      A very large and complicated organizational structure making decisions slow and change difficult. The turn over of personnel is low (which is good) however implicates this limited possibility for promotions etc. Horizontal reallocation more common.
