      Pros

      Everything is expensed. Independent work atmosphere. Most field guys enjoy what they do. This company also has an fun atmosphere and comes with perks and incentives.

      Cons

      Training can be rushed. Training is mostly situational. It can be stressful at times trying to figure out problems you never seen. It keeps you on your toes at all times.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and training program. Company will pay for expenses while at training and offers other educational opportunities.

      Cons

      Management will cheat employees. Low pay. Strong customer dislike towards company due to unprofessional service managers, and very expensive cost. Terrible internal and external communication.
