      Great company, but big...really big

      Pros

      Good work culture, mostly great employees, friendly upper management, lots of opportunity for advancement (domestically, internationally, other business areas, etc), good compensation and benefits

      Cons

      Too many cogs in the machine, multiple levels of approval lead to slow response times to customers (internal and external), it's often difficult to know who to contact when a problem arises for the first time, because of the large size constant redundant reporting is required in an attempt at transparency with upper management
