      Most employees have been employed there 15 plus years; average benefits; friendly atmosphere; some management do have open door policy.

      Cons

      Sometimes, management does not pass down job relevant information; opportunity for growth and advancement is slim to none; can be cliquey and it is VERY apparent there are favored personnel; off site HR/Benefits administration, which can be difficult or frustrating when assistance is needed.
