      Pros

      Low work pressure and a bit of flexible working hours , may travel to European countries like Belgium , Sweden.

      Cons

      Don't see lots of space you could reach higher as IT , and the company structure is mess. It is difficult to archive something cross different business areas.

      : Best Work culture for a self learning individual. : Immense opportunities within the group : Products meeting the global standards and expectations.

      Cons

      : Rules of the game are not same for all : Top management at certain times exhibits Autocratic way of behaviour and operation. : There is no culture of 360 deg feedback within the organisation. This means there is no reverse flow of information from bottom to top.
