      Not a great work place for a Muslim

      - Autonomy in the job - Flexible for WFH (2 days a week)

      Cons

      Micro-aggression towards Muslims. They have a Charter called "Respectful collaboration" that requires : - Foreigners not to speak in their mother tongue. - No signs of faith (cloths, accessories..) - Forbidding to pray in the premises The charter has to be signed by all employees.

      Pros

      Interesting if you have an industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering background not so much for other profiles. Flexibility in working from home.

      Cons

      Women under represented in decision making roles and management . Old school mindset no change culture.
