      Pros

      I was able to work with great people, generally good products, with a strong company focus on growth and sustainability.

      Cons

      It is not always easy to progress within the company. The salary is not overly competative in the area.

      Good focus on accountability and responsibility. Good product with high technology a leader in the industry. Great brand name but this is changing soon.

      Cons

      Resistant to change, sales systems could use an upgrade. System is fine for long time employees but less so for new comers.
