Fair pay, all the overtime you could ever want

Cons

Poor scheduling, poor planning. Work long hours every day, then every Saturday, and some sundays. Any decent employee with a brain leaves within 1 year. Absolutely no preventative maintenance done on anything.

Sometimes it takes a while to get things done It's pretty far from the Detroit suburbs, but rush hour goes the opposite way, so not a huge deal
