      Pros

      Very supportive environment to learn. That means you are allowed to make mistakes and grow.

      Cons

      Growth is slow in terms of career progression. I would advice a new comer to stay atleast a couple of years if they think this is the line of work they want to pursue.

      Can't think of a single one.

      Cons

      You don't stand a chance at advancement if you are an American citizen. Best chance is to revoke your citizenship, come back from another country under an H1B visa. You might stand a chance.
