      Great place to work with lots a freedom and high focus on competence development for young employees which provides opportunity for high personal growth. Organization hierarchy being flat approach to top management is easy. Good work is recognized and commended and taken note of.

      Cons

      Work pressure for sales and service team sometimes is unreasonably high which results in undue stress.
