Higher than average payments Abroad opportunities Internal job market to switch between jobs in company itself Extra curricular activities, sports, fun, festivals Excellent work facilities, infra and food Friendly, supportive coworkers

Cons

Not much research and developement in core area, all the main element and technology is created and made in europe and germany. No automatic promotions and growth, You have to apply for it everytime.
