      Pros

      Very nice working environment with good company culture, Enormous opportunity to learn & career growth if you have potential. Company practices work ethics strictly.

      Cons

      Career growth opportunity is limited for some positions specially in small customer centers.

      Not terrible opportunity but management leaves much to be desired

      Pros

      The benefits are fantastic and it can be a place to make a lot of money by putting the hours in.

      Cons

      Communication between base worker and management is below subpar. Was told when hired that we normally work 5 days with a few weekends. This was a lie because we have worked over 80% of our Saturdays and some Sundays.
