      Pros

      Is like working inside a small family. People usually protect each other and the international opportunities are great. The culture, values and quality are the best I saw in the industry.

      Cons

      I think the salary might be more competitive. Work in this inside a family style of work, provide you confidence and space to grow, but at the same time sometimes looks like some managers protect to much their people.
