      Flexible Hours, Great PTO, Hybrid Role, Free education, Company Parties & Mobility

      Cons

      Morale- I believe this is mostly due to lack of understanding and communication. The problems and frustration felt, isn’t heard properly so while some feel they are correcting it, it’s really snowballing into more frustration, anger and a lack of trust
