      -Very welcoming, supportive team; people were willing to teach and answer questions -Positive work environment and professional culture -Strong learning experience and exposure to real workflows/processes -Clear structure and expectations, which helped me ramp up quickly

      -Some workflows could be more efficient with more advanced software/tools, which would likely improve team productivity and reduce manual tasks

      Pros

      The benefits and care for the employees is top notch. The work is interesting and fun. I really enjoy working for Atlas and look forward to many more years. Freedom to work from almost anywhere is amazing too.

      There is a lot of travel and time away from home to be able to do your job.
