      Great range of machines to work on. Most people are friendly

      Cons

      Training is not adequate enough for the range of equipment we should know, Pay on the low side compared to competition. Tooling required to complete jobs are not provided. Health and safety loosely enforced by management. Management is very hands off unless it affects their scores.
