      Pros

      Great meetings/ talks introducing you to new topics and areas of the business. Can be highly colaberative to solve problems- just need to find the right people. Great working culture- people are very happy to discuss what they do and the science theyre working on.

      Cons

      Some departments siloed- making it hard to explore other teams or options. Hierarchy of some groups and possitions over others. Poor development across within and across teams/ departments. Can be bureaucratic to the point of madness.
