Terrific colleagues who are very highly motivated and intelligent. Place has a buzz like a small company and the resources of a large pharmaceutical company. Good work life balance and assistance with childcare. Amazing facilities, labs, office space and cafeteria.

Cons

Senior management fails to recognize strong scientific contributions - favors project managers. Many poor decisions from senior management. Aggressive personalities are recognized and rewarded rather than those who make the most meaningful contributions.
