Big company, lots of resource, good work-life balance with flexible work time, nice newer office/work space in the new buildings.

Cons

UK and Sweden - centric, many of the upper management levels are reserved for people from these areas (including preference in promotion, etc).

Pros

AZ has continued to grow revenues despite the set backs of the industry. The pay is great. The benefits are above average and the flexibility of this job is phenomenal.

Cons

The job as a PSS will change very soon due to healthcare reform. AZ is running into a problem of stability due to a lack of robust pipeline.

Good company with good diversity, and opportunities for advancement, helping people in different therapy areas. Sales and marketing is challenging, but very interesting

Cons

communication between different areas can be poor, markets dont communicate together. poor pension, and bonus package compared to finance industry
