you have got great products to sell good brand equity , good reputation among customer (however recently its vanishing)

Cons

frequent changing policies create lot of resistance in smooth working. no flexibility & Liberty to take decisions. sales people waste maximum time in admin work rather than sales call.

Great pay, excellent benefits, wonderful culture, work life balance is a focus. On site gym, fantastic cafeteria.

Cons

Little room for development unless you are globally mobile. A lot of organizational change happening on a yearly basis with layoffs.
