Pros
A professional and structured environment with emphasis on employee and customer satisfaction. Working with them was always interesting and opportunities for employee advancement were high on the agenda. A team spirit was present - everyone felt included and part of the bigger picture with shares being given out and private medical carej provided to all.
Cons
In the past, some of the leaders were 'power crazy' and therefore not as interested in the welfare of their staff. That was dealt with over the years I worked there and a better environment ensued.
