IT is being heavily centrered on India now and core competencies are being moved away from the hub countries. The new organisation is struggling to understand the new operating model

Pros

Pay range is excellent and bonuses get better the longer you serve. Good facilities and benefits such as gym membership, income protection insurance and great conferences.

Cons

No rep advocates amongst senior management and very few capable FLSM's. Not fun to work here any more as most managers are too busy trying to justify their jobs. Hard work done by the visionaries in the company is been undone by poor implementation and the erosion of talent within middle management.
