Great pay and benefits. Great work/life balance, telecommuting, flexible hours, etc is available

Cons

A lot of outsourcing/layoffs/etc in the 5 years I've been here. A lot of good people let go, and the people who still have jobs are either overworked or anxious about upcoming layoffs or the future of the company. Hopefully all the changes going on now will make the company a great place to work again in the future, right now I feel like I'm just working for a paycheck.
