      Pros

      The best reason to work here is that they treat their people well. Many of the individuals I worked with had been with the company 15 years or more.

      Cons

      Challenges at this company had much to do with its large scale and lack of nimbleness in making changes with the status quo. New ideas, however well received, rarely materialized into new processes.
