Cons

Work from home is bad. Mandating 3 days a week.. and if you do not meet this requirement you will have annual bonus reductions.

Adequate salary but not the best in the area Some of the people are great Reasonable pipeline and fairly successful with M&As

Cons

Culture is more cut-throat than collaborative. You need to watch your back and develop a good radar to separate the good people from the manipulators. Literally sat in a meeting where a leader was warned about someone manipulating them and the leader either didn't believe it or didn't care. Very common to watch the most unethical / manipulative promoted. Not sure if that is by design, culture, or ignorance.

A big company, robust pipeline, good learning tools & technology, good benefits.

Cons

Environment is polluted by some immature micromanagers very fixated on their opinions. You get a feeling as if you are working for your manager and not for the organization. HR seems to be missing from the scene, no significant efforts for engaging with employees or toward mental well-being of the employees. The entire focus seems to be on annual project targets; sadly, passion & purpose of doing science to help people seem to be missing among managers.
