Salary, Bonus, Exit money and that I am no longer there

I don't know where to start...some of the most incompetent senior management...very insecure....very good old boy club....senior management promotes people beyond their ability if they are in buddy group....have a speak up policy but talk out both sides of their mouth....do not dare having an idea unless you have dirt on a SLT member.....worthless and ridiculous HR

Cons

Management is terrible. I see junior people on hiring panels for positions two pay grades above them - so hiring people paid more than them, but not necessarily more qualified. i.e, AZ is more likely to hire externally than promote internally.

There is no work pressure at all. You can do your work happily.

Cons

Nothing Much. Just few, You have to use old tech stack. You have to follow/impress your lead even he/she is wrong. You have to give publicity to your work even it is not wroth it. as usual middle management politics.
