Large company (more job security), private medical and generally good additional benefits (e.g sick pay). 11% benefit fund additional to base pay and bonus (as a mix of additional salary, pension contribution, or for gross pay deductible benefits). Great capital and facility investment and good team of people in general. Good personal development opportunities.

Cons

Salaries often lag 10-20% behind industry average, lean organisation with high workload and demands on its employees. Inconsistent career progression opportunities and requirements across teams. Increased job responsibilities often do not translate to increased pay or career progression (often seen as personal development opportunities that should be welcomed without reward).
