Flexible time, social atmosphere, diverse clientele. Allows for school work and class. They even let you sleep; one supervisor asked about the policy!

Cons

Mismanaged/untrained supervisors, HR is a train wreck. Paid holidays are a joke. Lower wages because it is a state-funded program. DEI on steroids.
