Pros

It’s OK for a first job

Cons

Upper management doesn’t know anything that is happening above. They really don’t care at all. They are secluded in there offices, gossiping and promoting their friends to upper positions. It is a bunch of white people that only cares about them. It is extremely segregated between the positions. If you’re a BIPOC person there is no chances that you’re going to get promoted one day. Burnout! People leave after six months in the job. The pay rate is so low.

Pros

They will hire anyone and it is great for those starting out to put on their resume.

Cons

No meal breaks are allowed even if working 12 consecutive hours. If you are working overnight no bathroom breaks are allowed either. Management is ableist (ironic because this is mental health work) and openly talks bad about employees to other employees. Management does not care for their workers and allows callers to continuously talk to employees in threatening, derogatory, and sexually abusive ways. Management did nothing when a coworker told a dangerous client my personal information and said that the information wasn't mine and wouldn't tell me what they knew yet continued to tell my other coworkers that the dangerous caller did in fact know my personal information. Workers there also regularly break HIPPA and commit billing fraud and management covers for them.
