Pros

Enjoy working with the Medicaid based population and providing case management support to them in their homes. Helping meet clients where they are at and gain access to community resources. Benefits and travel reimbursement are great!

Cons

Occasionally long days if clients have late medical appointments, but we make our own schedule.

Pros

Decent pay compared to other agencies. Flexible schedules

Cons

Don't pay their day program well and only give them 30 hours a week, which doesn't make sense in today's economy and inflation, thus a high turnover
