Pros

Ski pass benefits that extend to family members

Cons

Full time work that frees little time to ski; poorly supported in terms of generating a positive ticketing experience to customer AND sales agent; makes job incredibly taxing and exhausting when it needn't be.

Pros

Employees get lots of perks, such as being able to ski during part of the day on powder days. When I was there, there was a fun, young group of people. We got tickets to festivals and events in Aspen.

Cons

It seemed like it was hard to move up in the organization.
