Great place to work, once in a lifetime experience, potential to actually earn money while living in Aspen, Colorado.

Cons

Not the best management. Go in with low expectations. Though there are many great people working with Aspen Skiing Company, you also get many who do in fact fit the "ski bum" stereotype and unfortunately that makes its way into management level positions.
