Business Outlook
Pros
It’s the most important, least important department in the company. With out snowmaking, 75% of the 4000 employees don’t go to work. It’s a short, furious push to make quality product and get coverage for the main trails/terrain and once we are done, nobody remembers.
Cons
It’s dangerous. High pressure hoses and high voltage power. Heavy machines, adverse weather conditions, long hours etc… but none of that bothers anybody as long as everyone feels their teammates are pulling their weight and being safe.
