Pay is decent however you never really get a raise unless they decide to raise prices.

Cons

Therapists that have been working there for 30 years or so bully other therapists and front desk employees out of work and pay front desk people to give them massage appointments instead of offering them to everyone. Now they have an app that they use but if you don't live right in Aspen you don't get the message as fast as employees in Aspen. This has reduced my pay by half in 2019.
