Good pay and benefits, company makes policies that positively effect employees more than not. Good time off that grows with seniority

Cons

Departments are run very different - a person will have a completely different experience based on their department. Very vastly plays into if you like or dislike the company

Pros

I loved working outside and meeting all different types of people. My bosses and coworkers are very kind, understanding people with interesting lives. My bosses were very good at accomodating me and my needs as a college student. I felt very supported in this community and really enjoyed the work.

Cons

I had to leave at the end of each summer to go back to school and would get very sad.
