Pros

Nothing to say as cons are so much.

Cons

It’s truly the worst company to work for. The micromanagement is unbearable, and there’s no on-call allowance despite the long hours. The favoritism and partiality are evident—decisions are entirely in the hands of the manager, not HR. The manager manipulates the situation to make himself look good to his superiors, blaming HR for every issue without any communication from them. Employees are forced to give high ratings in "Great Place to Work" reviews and are pressured to write positive reviews on Glassdoor, which is misleading and unethical. There are no team outings, lunches, or any kind of employee engagement activities. They expect you to work up to 14 hours with no additional pay, and employees are forced into the office unnecessarily just so they can be micromanaged even more closely. It’s a toxic environment where employee well-being is disregarded, and work-life balance is non-existent. It’s also filled with pointless meetings that waste time and add unnecessary stress. On top of that, taking leave when needed is practically impossible—every request is scrutinized or denied, making it feel like personal time off is a privilege rather than a right. The favoritism is rampant, with only favored employees getting opportunities, promotions, and career growth. Everyone else is left stuck, with no chance for advancement, recognition, or development. It’s an environment where hard work and talent are ignored unless you're in the manager's good books. The office environment is terrible—there’s no cafeteria, and the building is in poor condition. The location is so bad that there are no options for outside food nearby. Employees are forced to come to the office without even being provided with basic amenities or facilities, making it an uncomfortable and inconvenient place to work.
