Great rank and file people but middle management has issues with favoritism

Great place to start learning about new technologies and get exposed to Silicon Valley. The company allows a significant level of freedom to improve one self.

Cons

Middle management can sometime run rampant and favoritism becomes a problem. The company doesn't provide alot of training, so its up to the individual's initiative to improve.

Pros

Arrow is a great place to work. The managment team in Eden Prairie is fantastic and are not micro managers at all. Annual goals increase the typical 10-20% each year which makes it hard some years but growth iss good.

Cons

Pay stinks. 35k annual salaray is pretty much the same for everyone in sales with about 15k in annual bonus if you hit 100% plan.
