      A nice, clean place to work, where the work was challenging but the Earnings were minimal

      A clean and safe place to work Employees were good people and very willing to assist you if you ran into problems Benefits were very good regarding all worked time were rewarded with paid time off in personal time or vacation. work was challenging but not too hard to finish and feel fulfilled

      Cons

      Pay scale was very low and I believe what we did for our compensation was unfair Mandatory overtime was implemented too often Reviews for all employees were done without any chance for any raises

      Pros

      Although the company has 10,000-plus employees, there remains a small-company feel. The ideas expressed by everyone are taken into consideration and with feedback received.

      Cons

      At this time, the only downside is the medical insurance with respect to those with families. Of course, management is already looking into either a different pacakage or supplementation.

      Lack of opportunity unless face fits

      Pros

      Some staff are pretty friendly. The company hasn't been doing bad financially, and is always optimistic, however even Arrow have not been immune to job cuts.

      Cons

      Such a lack of opportunity for progression, unless your face fits. Salaries are generally poor compared to similar roles in other companies. Job security is poor, many redundancies have been made over the last year, only to be replaced by cheaper staff. The company take the attitude that you are lucky to have a job, therefore they don't need to do anything to keep you happy. Management have little respect for employees. Cost cutting is also rife across the board, at all levels except director-level.
