When the economy was cranking they are an awesome company to work for. You can make alot of money. Their beneifits are very good.

Cons

Don;t know where their direction is going, moving everything to Denver, buying over 28 companys in 2 years but telling emplyoyees things are down? Not a people company anymore.

Decent money, good hours, good experience for other sales jobs

Cons

Since the company moved the corporate office to Denver there's a lot of senior people being laid off and replaced by less experiences people that they are paying less

Great working environment - IF you luck into a local branch with good local management and solid team. Competitive salary and benefits Solid company with good reputation Lots to learn and a lot of great resources available

Cons

Employee loyalty is lacking, as it is in most publicly held companies. Long-term employees face layoffs in tough times. Some positions (sales, primarily) are very high-stress making work-life balance difficult.
