Low salaries, overburdened in processes, as soon as they buy a company they let go of most of the people that business comes with no matter who you are or what you bring to the table

Branch level management is great. Co-Workers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Pay low for job expected, Benefits have declined considerably the last few years. Lack of communication from upper level Management to the rest of the team on important issues that affect the employees pay. Expected to do more work with less support.
